We produce them, printed digitally, from 200 units in 10 to 12 business days after proof, on food-contact grade barrier laminates in matte or gloss. Sizes run from a 1 ounce sample to a 5 pound bag.
When to choose it, and when not to
Choose a stand up pouch for anything sold by weight: coffee, tea, snacks, pet treats, supplements, bath salts. It stands on a shelf, reseals, and prints full color on every face.
Choose a flat bottom pouch if you want a boxier shape that stands more squarely and holds more. Choose a carton for anything that must not look like food.

Questions people ask
Are the films food safe?
Yes. All our pouch laminates are food-contact grade and the film documentation is supplied with the quote for your own records.
What barrier do I need?
Coffee, nuts and supplements want a high barrier with foil or metallized film. Dry goods like tea, bath salts and pet treats are fine on a standard PET/PE laminate. We choose by product and you approve the spec.
Can I have a window?
Yes. A clear window is cut into the print, and the white underprint is left off that area. It suits snacks and anything that looks good on its own.
Kraft look or full color?
Kraft/PE laminate prints on the natural fiber look and suits food and natural brands. Full color on white or clear gives photographs and bright colors. Both run from 200.
How do I size a pouch?
By fill weight and product density. Tell us the product and the weight and we recommend a size, or send a sample and we test it.
How is a stand up pouch different from a window stand-up pouch?
The standard stand up pouch is the place to start: PET/PE, kraft/PE or metallized laminate, printed digitally edge to edge, with a window as an option, from 200 units in 10 to 12 business days after proof. The window stand-up pouch is the build designed around the window, a 3.5 mil laminate with the clear panel placed to your artwork and printed by gravure or digital, from 1,000 units in 10 to 12 business days. For a first run or several SKUs at a few hundred each, use the standard pouch. When the window is the selling point and volume is in the thousands, the window pouch is worth it.
