Complimentary digital proof on every order
TRIA

About Tria

Tria Packaging supplies custom printed boxes, pouches, bags, tubes and labels to brands that need a real, branded run from 200 units rather than thousands. We handle the parts buyers usually find hardest: choosing the structure and board, drawing the dieline, proofing the artwork and following production through to delivery. Every order gets a complimentary digital proof and dieline, and design help is free.

How an order runs

  1. You send a brief: size, quantity, style and the print you want. The quote and dieline usually come back within one business day of a complete brief.
  2. You place your artwork, or send it to us to place. Your digital proof usually comes back within one business day of the artwork.
  3. You approve the proof in writing, and production starts the next business day. Most products ship 10 to 14 business days after approval; each product page states its own lead time.
  4. We ship to the United States and Canada. Reorders carry the same minimum as the first run; the saving is time, since the artwork and dieline are already approved.

Who makes it

We produce through a network of partner manufacturers, each matched to the type of packaging, from folding cartons and corrugated mailers to wrapped rigid boxes, flexible pouches and labels. Every order is checked against your approved proof before it ships.

Who you talk to

Maya, our AI packaging assistant, answers questions in chat about structures, boards, sizes, minimums and lead times. Quotes are prepared by the Tria team and sent by email. The team works Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern.

Who reviews our guides

Kathy Evans reviews every Tria guide before it is published and again when it is updated, checking it against what we actually make and quote: the boards, finishes, minimums and lead times on our product pages, and the primary sources linked for any rule a guide mentions. If you spot something out of date, email info@triapackaging.com and she will look at it.

Minimums

Our standard minimum is 200 units, and nothing starts lower. Most styles start at 200; some start higher, and each product page shows its own minimum. Physical prototypes are available on request, with timing confirmed in the quote.
