How is the garment actually kept from shifting inside the box?
Standard is tissue paper wrapping the folded piece, which cushions and holds it loosely in place. For a set or a heavier piece, a fitted paperboard base with a shallow recess keeps everything positioned more precisely.
What's the ribbon pull tab for?
It's a strip of ribbon secured under the garment that lets the customer lift the folded piece straight out without having to dig fingers under it. It's a small detail that reads as more premium on opening.
Can the box double as a gift box the customer reuses?
Yes, that's part of the appeal of a rigid structure over a bag or a folding carton. These are often built to be kept and reused, which is worth factoring into how much you invest in the print and finish.
Is there a minimum order for a single style, or does it have to be a full set?
200 units is our minimum per box design regardless of whether it holds one piece or a set. The interior configuration doesn't change the minimum.
Can I get discreet, unbranded exterior packaging around this box for shipping?

What's the lead time difference between the two-piece lid and the magnetic hinged lid?
The two-piece lift-off lid is our faster standard option at 12 to 14 business days. The magnetic hinged lid adds a hardware assembly step and typically adds 2 to 3 business days to that.
