Bottle shipper box
B-flute with divider200 minimum · 10 to 12 business daysA bottle shipper box is a B-flute corrugated shipping box with a corrugated divider that holds each bottle in its own cell, clear of the walls and clear of the next bottle. We produce 1, 2, 3, 6 and 12 bottle layouts from 200 units in 10 to 12 business days after proof. A 750 ml wine bottle cell is about 3.5 by 3.5 by 13 inches.
When to choose it, and when not to
Choose a bottle shipper for anything in glass over about 8 oz: wine, spirits, olive oil, hot sauce, kombucha, cold brew concentrate. A 750 ml bottle weighs close to 3 pounds full and needs B-flute at 44 ECT and a divider, not an E-flute mailer with tissue. A printed one makes a case of six look like it came from a producer, not a warehouse. Alcohol shipping is regulated by state; this is packaging guidance, not legal advice, and we leave panel space for required marks.
Choose a corrugated shipping box with a loose divider if the bottle sizes change from order to order, since a built-in divider is cut to one bottle. Choose a wine and spirits carrier when the bottle is being carried out of a shop, because a shipper is for the carrier, not the counter.

Questions people ask
Which layouts do you make?
One, two, three, six and twelve bottle layouts as standard, plus a four bottle square on request. One and two bottle boxes get a tuck lid so they open like a mailer. Three and up are regular slotted and taped. Each cell is cut to your bottle, so a Bordeaux and a Burgundy shape need different dividers.
Will it pass a carrier drop test?
A 44 ECT B-flute shipper with a corrugated divider and top and bottom pads is the build we recommend for glass. Bottles in the outer cells take the load, so the divider walls are double thickness on the outside. Keep 1 inch of air above the cap, and drop-test a filled box on its corners and edges before you approve the run.
Can I ship spirits in it?
The box will carry a 700 ml or 750 ml spirits bottle without trouble. Whether you can ship alcohol to a given state and by which carrier is a licensing question, and this is packaging guidance rather than legal advice. We reserve one panel for any required marking your carrier asks for.
Corrugated divider or molded pulp?
Corrugated dividers ship flat, slot together in a few seconds and suit most runs. Molded pulp trays are pre-formed, hold the bottle in a full cradle and are the better choice for heavy spirits bottles over about 2.2 pounds or for a premium unboxing. Pulp adds about 3 business days.
What about sauces and oils in smaller bottles?
A 5 oz hot sauce bottle at about 1.75 inches across goes twelve to a box in an 8 by 6 by 7 inch shipper. A 500 ml oil bottle goes six to a box. Send the bottle diameter and height and we spec the cells to it.
How is the bottle shipper box different from the wine and spirits carrier?
The bottle shipper is built for a carrier network: B-flute or C-flute at 32 or 44 ECT with a corrugated cell divider and top and bottom pads, in 1, 2, 3, 6 and 12 bottle layouts. The wine and spirits carrier is E-flute with a die-cut handle, made to carry bottles out of a shop or tasting room by hand, not to survive a parcel route. The shipper starts at 200 units in 10 to 12 business days after proof; the carrier at 200 units in 10 to 14 business days. Shipping bottles to a customer means the shipper. Bottles leaving your counter go in the carrier.
