Corrugated shipping box
B-flute RSC, one color200 minimum · 10 to 12 business daysA corrugated shipping box is the standard regular slotted container, four flaps top and bottom, taped shut, in B-flute or C-flute board. We produce them, printed one or two colors, from 200 units in 10 to 12 business days after proof. Common sizes are 12 by 10 by 6 and 16 by 12 by 8 inches, any size cut to your product.
When to choose it, and when not to
Choose a corrugated shipping box for anything a mailer will not carry: cases of product, glassware, equipment, bulk restocks to retail, and any parcel over about 8 pounds. B-flute is roughly 1/8 in thick and takes a crush far better than E-flute. A one color logo on kraft flexo is cheap to run and makes the pallet look like it belongs to someone. If you ship the same three sizes every week, a custom size trims void fill and cuts the dimensional weight the carrier bills you.
Choose a kraft mailer box for anything going straight to a customer where the opening matters, since a taped RSC is a shipping unit, not an unboxing. Choose a bottle shipper box when glass is traveling, because a plain RSC needs a separate divider and a bottle shipper has one built in.

Materials that suit it
Questions people ask
What does 32 ECT mean?
Edge crush test, a measure of how much stacking load the board carries. 32 ECT single wall holds about 30 to 40 pounds per box in a stack and suits most parcels. 44 ECT is stiffer for fragile or heavy goods. 48 ECT double wall is for anything over 40 pounds or shipped on a pallet.
B-flute or C-flute?
B-flute is about 1/8 in thick, prints cleaner and folds tighter, so it is our default for printed shippers. C-flute is about 5/32 in, cushions better and stacks stronger, so it suits heavier or fragile loads where print is secondary.
How many panels can you print?
Up to three on a standard run: two sides and the top, or three sides. A one color logo on one panel is the fastest and cheapest. Two colors are common. Full color on B-flute is possible but the flute shows through, so we suggest E-flute for anything photographic.
Can I get a custom size?
Yes, any size from 6 by 6 by 4 to 24 by 18 by 18 inches, cut to your product plus clearance. Sizing to the product rather than picking a stock box is where most of the shipping savings come from, because carriers bill on volume as well as weight.
Do you make dividers to go inside?
Yes. Corrugated partitions in 2, 4, 6, 12 or 24 cell layouts, cut to your product diameter, plus top and bottom pads. They ship flat with the boxes and slot together by hand in a few seconds, and they are cut from the same board so the whole pack recycles together.
How is the corrugated shipping box different from the kraft mailer box?
The shipping box is a regular slotted container in B-flute or C-flute at 32 or 44 ECT, four flaps top and bottom, taped shut. It carries cases of product, glass and anything over about 8 pounds. The kraft mailer box is a one-piece E-flute box with a tuck-in lid, made to be opened by the customer and to look good doing it, for parcels under about 5 pounds. Both start at 200 units in 10 to 12 business days after proof. Heavy or bulk goes in the shipping box; a single order to a customer goes in the mailer.
