Beverage / can carrier box
Food-grade SBS, die-cut handle500 minimum · 8 to 10 business daysA beverage carrier box is a folding carton with die-cut dividers and an integrated carry handle that holds four, six, or more cans or bottles together as a single retail unit instead of shipping loose. We run them on food-grade SBS from 500 units, ready in about 8 to 10 business days after proof.
When to choose it, and when not to
Choose a beverage carrier box for a craft beverage, soda, or beer brand selling multi-packs at retail, where the carrier needs to hold cans or bottles securely together with a handle that supports the weight without tearing.
Choose individually sleeved cans instead if you're selling single units rather than multi-packs. A carrier box only makes sense once you're bundling multiple containers together as one purchase unit.

Questions people ask
Will the handle actually hold the weight of a full 6-pack?
Yes, the handle fold is reinforced for standard can and bottle weights. If you're carrying an unusually heavy glass bottle, tell us the weight and we'll confirm the board and fold are rated for it.
Can you fit both cans and bottles in the same carrier design?
We can design around either, but the dividers are typically sized for one container type at a time. Tell us your exact can or bottle dimensions and we'll design the carrier to fit.
Do you offer a fully enclosed carrier or just an open-top style?
Both are possible. An open-top with dividers is more common and costs less, while a fully enclosed carton adds more protection during shipping. We can quote either.
Can we get a die-cut window to show the cans inside?
Yes, a window is a common add if you want the product visible at retail rather than hidden inside a fully enclosed design.
What print finish holds up best against condensation from a cold beverage?
A matte or gloss aqueous coating resists moisture reasonably well for short retail handling. For a product that sits wet for extended periods, we'd suggest asking about a water-resistant coating upgrade.
Is 500 units enough for a first retail run of a new beverage SKU?
It's our minimum and a common starting quantity. We usually suggest starting here and scaling up once a retailer confirms shelf placement.
How is the beverage carrier box different from the wine and spirits carrier?
The beverage carrier is the shelf multipack: food-grade SBS paperboard with die-cut dividers and a reinforced handle, for 4 or 6 packs of 12 oz cans or bottles, printed full color offset, from 500 units in 8 to 10 business days after proof. The wine and spirits carrier is E-flute corrugated with a cell divider, built for the weight of wine and spirits bottles carried out of a shop, from 200 units in 10 to 14 business days. Cans and craft beer suit the beverage carrier.
