Sticker sheets

Matte stock, kiss-cut200 minimum · 5 to 7 business days

A sticker sheet is one printed sheet holding several different die-cut sticker shapes that a person peels off individually, the kind of thing that goes inside a package as a bonus or gets sold on its own as merch. We produce them from 200 units in 5 to 7 business days after proof, kiss-cut so each shape lifts free of the backing without cutting through it.

When to choose it, and when not to

Choose a sticker sheet when the goal is a handful of different fun, brandable shapes on one page that a customer peels apart themselves, like a bonus insert in an order, a piece of merch sold on its own, or a giveaway at a market table. It's the format that reads as a little gift rather than a functional label, and it's what most small brands mean when they say they want stickers for their packaging.

Choose custom product labels or sticker and label sheets instead if what you actually need is a functional adhesive label, one shape repeated to seal a bag, brand a jar, or close tissue paper, since that's a different roll-fed format built for a packing line rather than a sheet a person tears apart by hand. Choose die-cut stickers for a single large sticker sold as its own product rather than a sheet of several small ones.

Questions people ask

Sticker and label sheet, sticker sheet or die-cut sticker: which do I need?

Pick by the job. The sticker and label sheet is the working label: one shape repeated on sheets or rolls, on paper or waterproof vinyl, for sealing tissue, closing a bag or labeling a jar; it runs 10 to 12 business days after proof. The sticker sheet puts several different kiss-cut shapes on one page for your customer to peel off, as a bonus insert or a piece of merch; 5 to 7 business days. The die-cut sticker is a single sticker cut to the outline of your artwork on laminated paper, for swag, laptops and water bottles; 5 to 7 business days. All three start at 200 units.

Can each shape on the sheet be different?

Yes, that's the point of the format. A sheet might have five completely different shapes, a logo, a mascot, a couple of icons, and a text sticker, all cut from the same printed page.

What sheet size should I use?

4 by 6 fits easily inside most mailers and boxes as a bonus insert. 8.5 by 11 gives more room per sheet and suits a sheet sold as its own product or handed out at an event.

Does the backing sheet peel away cleanly?

Yes, kiss-cut means the die only cuts through the sticker layer, not the backing, so each shape lifts free on its own while the backing stays intact until you're done.

Can I get a mix of finishes on one sheet, like some glossy and some matte?

Not on a single print run economically, since the whole sheet runs one finish. If you want a mix, that's two separate sheet designs, which is common for brands who want a plain logo sheet and a glossier holographic-style sheet as two products.

Can I reorder a smaller batch later if my order volume changes?

No. Reorders carry the same 200-unit minimum as the first run, because below that the setup cost makes every unit too expensive. What a reorder saves you is time: the artwork and dieline are already approved, so we can move to production faster.
