T-shirt packaging
E-flute corrugated, low-profile format200 minimum · 10 to 12 business daysT-shirt packaging is a low-profile mailer box sized for a folded shirt or a small stack of apparel, flatter than our standard mailer box format so it doesn't waste shipping volume on a thin, lightweight product. We produce them on E-flute corrugated from 200 units, ready in about 10 to 12 business days after proof.
When to choose it, and when not to
Choose low-profile apparel packaging for an apparel brand shipping folded shirts, where a flatter box means lower dimensional weight shipping cost compared to a standard deeper mailer box built for a bulkier product.
Choose a standard mailer box instead if you're shipping bulkier apparel like hoodies or multi-item bundles that won't fit a low-profile format without crushing, since the low profile here is specifically sized for thin, folded goods.

Questions people ask
How many folded shirts actually fit in the small stack size?
2 to 3 standard folded t-shirts fit comfortably in the 12 x 9 x 2 inch size without excessive compression. More than that and the shirts tend to fold under pressure when the lid closes, so tell us your product and typical order size and we'll confirm.
Does the lower profile actually save on shipping cost?
It can. Since carrier dimensional weight pricing is based on box volume, a flatter box for a lightweight, thin product often prices better than a deeper box with unused air space. Actual savings depend on your carrier and rates.
Can I add a tissue paper insert as part of the order?
Yes, printed or plain tissue paper is available as an add-on. Ask us for a combined quote if you want both the box and tissue in one order.
Is the box sturdy enough for shipping without crushing folded apparel?
Yes, E-flute corrugated holds its shape well under normal carrier handling for a lightweight folded product. It won't protect against being crushed under much heavier packages stacked on top, which is a general shipping risk rather than specific to this box.
Can I get a window in the lid to show the shirt design?
Yes, a die-cut window is available if you want the folded shirt design visible without opening the box.
What if my product mix includes both shirts and a smaller accessory?
A small accessory can usually ride along in the same box as the folded shirt if it fits within the depth. For a noticeably bulkier combined order, we'd suggest talking through the right box size with us directly.
How is T-shirt packaging different from the apparel mailer box?
T-shirt packaging is the shallowest box we run for clothing, about 1.5 to 2 inches deep, sized for one folded tee or a thin stack so the parcel stays in a low dimensional weight band. The apparel mailer box covers the wider range, 1.5 to 4 inches deep, for hoodies, sets and multi-garment orders, with inside print and slots for a hang tag or card. Both are E-flute from 200 units; T-shirt packaging runs 10 to 12 business days after proof and the apparel mailer 10 to 14 business days. If every order is one shirt, the T-shirt box. If your orders vary, the apparel mailer.
