Christmas / holiday box
32 ECT corrugated, holiday print run200 minimum · 10 to 12 business daysA Christmas box is a printed mailer box built for a seasonal gift shipment, run on the same corrugated stock as our year-round mailers but printed with a holiday-specific design for that window of the year. We produce them from 200 units, ready in about 10 to 12 business days after proof.
When to choose it, and when not to
Choose a Christmas box for a holiday gift set, seasonal subscription drop, or limited-run product that ships during a specific window, where a seasonal print run makes sense because the demand is genuinely time-boxed.
Choose a standard year-round mailer box instead if you want holiday packaging without committing to a seasonal-only print run, since a neutral design can carry small seasonal add-ons like a ribbon or insert card without needing new box artwork every year.

Questions people ask
How far ahead should I order for a December ship date?
We'd suggest getting your order placed by early October at the latest, factoring in proof approval and the 10 to 12 business day production window plus your own shipping buffer before the holiday rush.
Can I reuse the same box design across multiple holiday seasons?
Yes, nothing stops you from reordering the same design in future years. Reusing it is a good way to build a recognizable seasonal look rather than redesigning annually.
Is 32 ECT sturdy enough for shipping, not just gifting in person?
Yes, 32 ECT single wall corrugated is our standard shipping-grade mailer board. It holds up fine through standard parcel carrier handling.
Can you add a smaller minimum for a design we only want to test this year?
200 units is our minimum for a full custom holiday print run. If you want to test a design at a smaller scale first, ask about a plain box with an added holiday sticker or insert card instead.
Do you offer any pre-designed holiday patterns, or is it fully custom artwork?
All artwork is custom to your brand. We don't run stock holiday patterns, since the point is a box that reads as yours rather than a generic seasonal design.
What happens if I need to reorder mid-season and I'm past the usual lead time?
Reach out as soon as you know you're low. We'll do what we can to expedite, but a rush order close to the holiday isn't guaranteed given carrier and press capacity that time of year.
How is the Christmas or holiday box different from the Halloween box?
Structurally they are the same seasonal mailer: single-wall corrugated with a tuck-flap lid, printed for one window of the year, from 200 units in 10 to 12 business days after proof. The difference is the calendar and the contents. The Christmas box is usually a gift set or a holiday subscription drop, with a kraft or white interior and foil available, and it is best ordered by early October. The Halloween box is usually a candy bundle or event kit with an insert tray or loose fill, built to a single ship date. Many brands run both off one dieline and change only the artwork.
