Halloween box
E-flute corrugated, seasonal run200 minimum · 10 to 12 business daysA Halloween box is a seasonal mailer box run for a limited window, built the same as our standard mailer boxes but printed and shipped on a short calendar around a single date, for a subscription drop, a candy bundle, or an event kit. We produce them on E-flute corrugated from 200 units, ready in about 10 to 12 business days after proof.
When to choose it, and when not to
Choose a Halloween box for a subscription box brand, candy company, or event organizer running a themed drop around the holiday, where the seasonal print run needs to land on a fixed date rather than an open-ended reorder cycle.
Choose a standard year-round mailer box design instead if your product ships on a rolling basis rather than a single seasonal date, since a one-off seasonal print run costs more to set up per unit than an ongoing design you reorder repeatedly.

Questions people ask
How far ahead do I need to order for a guaranteed Halloween ship date?
We'd suggest getting your order in at least 4 to 5 weeks before your target ship date. Seasonal print capacity fills up, so the earlier you lock in your slot the safer your timeline.
Can I reuse the same box design next year?
Yes, the artwork and die line stay on file. A reorder the following season just needs a quantity and any design tweaks you want; it isn't a fresh setup from scratch.
Is there a rush option if I'm ordering close to the date?
A rush is sometimes possible depending on our production schedule at the time. Tell us your hard deadline when you reach out and we'll tell you honestly whether it's workable.
Can I get a smaller test batch before committing to my full seasonal volume?
200 units is our minimum and works as a reasonable test batch for a first seasonal run. We can also talk through right-sizing your first order against your actual subscriber or customer count.
Does the box work for candy specifically, or is it general purpose?
It's a general-purpose mailer box with no food-grade coating. If you're shipping loose candy directly in the box rather than pre-wrapped items, let us know and we can discuss whether a food-safe interior liner makes sense.
Can different item assortments in my kit share one insert tray?
A custom die-cut tray can be built around your specific item list, send us the items and rough dimensions and we'll design a tray that holds each piece securely.
How is the Halloween box different from the Christmas or holiday box?
Same build, different date. Both are single-wall corrugated mailers with a tuck-flap lid, printed for a seasonal run, from 200 units in 10 to 12 business days after proof. The Halloween box is usually set up for a candy bundle or an event kit, with an insert tray or loose fill and full seasonal coverage or a repeat pattern. The Christmas or holiday box leans toward gift sets, with foil available and an interior finish choice. If you plan both seasons, one size and one dieline with two artwork files keeps reorders simple.
