When to choose it, and when not to
Choose a press-on nail box for a beauty brand selling nail sets at retail or online where the box needs to hang on a peg hook, show the nail shapes through a window, and hold a flat backer card and glue tabs without shifting.
Choose a resealable pouch instead if your nail sets are a subscription or refill product where the customer reopens the package repeatedly. A folding carton isn't built for repeat opening the way a pouch with a reclosable flap is.

Yes, a Euro-slot or round hang tab is a standard add. Tell us which peg hook spacing your retailer uses and we'll size it to fit.
How do you keep the backer card and glue tabs from sliding around inside?
We can spec a shallow die-cut interior tray or use small locator tabs that hold the backer card flat and keep the glue and file from shifting during shipping.
Can we show the actual nail shapes through a window?
Yes, a die-cut window positioned over the nail set is common. Send us your set layout and we'll place the window to show the shapes clearly.
What board weight holds up on a peg hook without tearing?
18pt SBS is sturdy enough for standard peg display. If your set is unusually heavy, tell us the total weight and we can confirm or step up the board.
Can you print instructions for application on the inside panel?
Yes, interior print is available if you want application steps or a QR code printed where the customer sees it after opening.
Is 500 units enough for a first product launch?
It's our minimum and a common starting quantity for a new SKU. We usually suggest starting here and scaling on a reorder once you see sell-through.

The press-on box is slim and flat, 18pt SBS with a flat cavity for the nail set, its backer card, glue tabs and a mini file, and an optional euro slot and window.
