Beard oil carton
18pt SBS paperboard, spot UV finish, dropper bottle insert slot200 minimum · 10 to 12 business daysA beard oil carton is a slim folding carton sized around a standard dropper bottle, with an interior slot that holds the bottle upright so it isn't rattling loose inside an oversized box. Most beard oil brands are DTC or small-batch, which means the carton's job is to make a 1 or 2 ounce bottle look substantial on a shelf or in a subscription box, not just protect it in transit. We produce them from 200 units, ready in about 10 to 12 business days after proof.
When to choose it, and when not to
Choose a fitted carton for a beard oil, cologne oil, or any small dropper-bottle grooming product where the bottle alone looks thin on a shelf or in a photo. The carton adds shelf presence and gives you a printed surface for ingredients and directions that a bare bottle label can't fit.
Choose a simple sleeve or skip the carton entirely if the bottle already has a full wraparound label and you're selling primarily online where the product photo is the bottle itself. The added carton cost doesn't do much for a product nobody handles in a store.

Questions people ask
Will the interior slot fit any dropper bottle, or does it need to match exactly?
The slot is cut to your specific bottle's diameter and height. Send us the bottle spec or a sample and we'll fit the carton to it rather than using a generic size.
Can we fit ingredient and usage information on this without it looking cluttered?
18pt board gives enough surface area for a back panel of ingredients and directions in a reasonably sized type, and we can mock up the layout before production so you can see how it reads.
Do you offer a window cutout so the bottle's visible without opening the box?
Yes, a die-cut window is a common addition for grooming products. Tell us the size and placement you'd like.
Is this the same carton style you'd use for a cologne or essential oil dropper?
Yes, the same fitted-slot construction works across most small dropper-bottle products, and we size the interior to whatever bottle you're using.
Can a small brand order just 200 units to test a new scent before scaling up?
That's exactly what the 200-unit minimum is built for: testing a new product before committing to a bigger run.
How does the finish upgrade from spot UV to full lamination affect cost?
Spot UV is our lower-cost standard. Full matte or soft-touch lamination coverage runs higher since it treats the whole panel instead of just the logo, and we can quote both.
How is a beard oil carton different from the serum and dropper carton?
Both hold a dropper bottle upright on 18pt SBS. The beard oil carton is the plain, slim version: an interior slot holds the bottle, the print runs on all four panels and spot UV on the logo is standard, from 200 units in 10 to 12 business days after proof. The serum and dropper carton adds a glued-in cradle with a shoulder collar that keeps the bulb off the lid, and 24pt board for 100 ml glass, from 200 units in 10 to 14 business days. For a 30 ml grooming oil, the beard oil carton does the job.
