Bath bomb box
18pt SBS, window optional300 minimum · 8 to 10 business daysA bath bomb box is a folding carton sized to hold a single bath bomb or a small multi-pack, with an optional window since the bath bomb's color and shape are often the selling point. We produce them on 18pt SBS from 300 units, ready in about 8 to 10 business days after proof.
When to choose it, and when not to
Choose a bath bomb box for a handmade or small-batch bath and body brand where the product's color and shape sell it, and you want a window box or a protected multi-pack rather than a plain wrap.
Choose soap wrap paper or a simple pouch instead if your bath bomb is a lower-cost, higher-volume product where minimizing packaging cost per unit matters more than a structured window box.

Questions people ask
Will a bath bomb actually survive shipping in this box without chipping?
The standard carton offers structural protection but not cushioning on its own. For shipping direct to customers, we'd suggest adding a cushioning insert, which we can design in; for local retail or pickup, the plain carton is usually fine.
Should I get a window, or will that expose the scent too much?
A window is popular for bath bombs since the color is often the selling point, and it doesn't meaningfully affect scent retention. A solid lid is worth considering only if you're specifically trying to preserve a very delicate fragrance over a long shelf life.
Can the multi-pack size fit different bath bomb shapes, not just round?
Yes, tell us your mold's actual shape and dimensions, whether round, square, or a novelty shape, and we'll size the box and any interior divider to match.
Is the interior coated to handle any oil residue from the bath bomb?
Standard board isn't specially coated for this. Most bath bombs don't leave significant oil residue on packaging, but if your recipe runs oil-rich, let us know and we can discuss an interior liner option.
Can each scent or color variant run its own box design?
Yes, each distinct print design runs as its own job with its own 300-unit minimum. Running several variants together in one combined order is fine once each hits minimum.
Do you offer a cushioning insert as an add-on?
Yes, a simple die-cut paperboard divider or a foam cushion insert is available as an add-on for multi-packs or for orders shipping direct to customers.
How is a bath bomb box different from the soap box?
The bath bomb box is sized around a sphere or a small multi-pack, 18pt SBS with an optional window in the lid and an optional cushioning insert so the bombs do not chip, from 300 units in 8 to 10 business days after proof. The soap box is a flat carton for a bar, on 18pt natural kraft or SBS, with an open die-cut or film window, from 200 units in 10 to 12 business days. A brand selling both usually needs both cartons; a bath bomb rolls in a soap box.
