Beer label
Matte art paper with gloss lamination, wet-strength adhesive200 minimum · 5 to 7 business daysA beer label is a roll-fed label built with a wet-strength adhesive and a gloss lamination overlay so it survives sitting in an ice bath or fridge condensation without curling, clouding, or peeling at the edges, which is where a standard label fails on a cold bottle. We produce them from 200 units, ready in about 5 to 7 business days after proof.
When to choose it, and when not to
Choose a wet-strength beer label for any bottled beer that gets iced down or stored in a cold, condensing environment, where a standard paper label would wrinkle, cloud, or lift at the seam within a day.
Choose a standard matte label instead if your beer ships and sells warm or refrigerated but never iced. The wet-strength upgrade costs a bit more and isn't necessary without that specific ice-bath exposure.

Questions people ask
Will this actually survive a full ice bucket for a few hours?
Yes, that's specifically what the wet-strength adhesive and gloss lamination combination is built for. For an extended multi-day cold soak, we'd still recommend a test run with your exact bottle and ice setup.
Can you print a front label and a separate neck label as a matched set?
Yes, that's a common bottled beer format. Send us both artwork files and we'll size and align them as a set.
Do you offer a label that works for both bottling by hand and a bottling line?
The roll format works for automated application. We can also provide individual sheet-fed labels if you're hand-labeling smaller batches.
Is there a minimum order for a seasonal or one-off beer release?
200 units is our minimum, which works fine for a smaller seasonal batch. That low minimum makes this label a practical fit for limited releases.
Can you match a specific craft brewery aesthetic like foil or embossing?
Foil accents are available as an add-on. True embossing isn't standard on a pressure-sensitive label, but we can discuss options that get you a similar look.
What file format do you need for the artwork?
A print-ready PDF or vector file with your design at full bleed is ideal. Send us what you have and we'll flag anything that needs adjustment before we print.
How is a beer label different from a can label?
Both use a wet-strength adhesive and gloss lamination over matte art paper so they survive an ice bucket. The beer label is set up for bottles, as a wraparound or a front and neck set, roll-fed for a bottling line or sheet-fed for hand labeling. The can label is a full wrap sized to a standard beverage can, with the overlap seam placed for a clean wrap. Both start at 200 units in 5 to 7 business days after proof. Bottles need the beer label; cans need the can label.
