Deli / greaseproof paper
Greaseproof MG paper, 1 or 2 color print5,000 minimum · 8 to 10 business daysDeli paper is a printed greaseproof sheet used to wrap sandwiches, line baskets, or separate stacked bakery items at a counter, cut flat rather than formed into a bag or box. We produce it from 5000 units on machine-glazed greaseproof stock, ready in about 8 to 10 business days after proof.
When to choose it, and when not to
Choose printed deli paper for a sandwich shop, food truck, or bakery counter that wraps items to order or lines a basket, where a flat greaseproof sheet with your logo replaces plain unbranded paper at a low per-sheet cost.
Choose a printed food bag or box instead if the item needs to be fully enclosed or carried out, since deli paper is built for counter wrapping and lining, not for holding loose or liquid-heavy food during transport.

Questions people ask
Is 30 lb or 40 lb the right weight for my counter?
30 lb suits most sandwich and general wrap use. 40 lb is worth the step up for fried or heavily oiled items where grease hold-out matters more over a longer service time.
Can I print a small repeating logo instead of covering the whole sheet?
Yes, a smaller repeat mark on otherwise plain paper is common and keeps ink cost down versus a full-coverage print. Either works from the same 5000-unit minimum.
Will the print rub off or bleed when the paper gets greasy?
No, the flexo ink is set for direct food contact and grease exposure and won't bleed or transfer under normal counter handling.
Can I get two different sheet sizes in one order?
Each size runs as a separate job with its own setup, so the 5000-unit minimum applies per size. Two sizes in one combined order is fine as long as each hits that minimum.
Is this suitable for direct contact with hot food?
Yes, greaseproof MG paper is rated for standard hot food contact at counter and wrap temperatures, but it's not built for oven or microwave use.
Why is the minimum higher than your bags and boxes?
Sheet paper is a lower-cost material and runs on faster equipment than a formed bag or box, so the minimum reflects what makes the print run worthwhile at that lower per-unit cost.
