K-cup box
18pt SBS, stacked pod fit500 minimum · 10 to 12 business daysA K-cup box is a folding carton sized to hold a stack or row of single-serve coffee pods, built in a range of standard counts since pod brands typically sell in fixed multiples rather than a single unit. We produce them on 18pt SBS from 500 units, ready in about 10 to 12 business days after proof.
When to choose it, and when not to
Choose a K-cup box for a coffee roaster or brand selling single-serve pods where a count-based box that fits a specific pod stack securely matters more than a generic size, and you want the box count to match how you actually sell the product.
Choose a coffee bag or pouch instead if you're selling whole bean or ground coffee rather than single-serve pods, since this box's interior fit is built specifically around stacked pod dimensions.

Questions people ask
Does the box fit standard pods from any pod system, or just one brand's format?
Standard single-serve pod dimensions are fairly consistent across most systems. Send us your exact pod dimensions to confirm fit; an unusual or proprietary pod shape may need a custom size.
Can I get a count other than 10, 12, 18, or 24?
Yes, a custom count is available. It may mean a small custom tooling adjustment for a non-standard interior layout, so ask us if you need something specific.
Does the box keep the pods secure, or will they rattle around loose?
The interior is sized to hold pods in a snug stack or row without excessive rattle. For an extra-secure fit at higher counts, we can discuss an interior divider option.
Can different roast or flavor lines share one box design with different labels?
A shared base design with a variable flavor label or color band can work well for a coffee line, but each distinct print design still runs as its own job with its own 500-unit minimum.
Is the board food-safe for direct pod contact?
Standard 18pt SBS is fine for this use since pods themselves are already individually sealed. If you want a food-grade coated interior as extra insurance, let us know and we can discuss that option.
What's the minimum if I only want to test one flavor variant first?
500 units is our minimum for this format. It's a reasonable first test run for a single flavor before expanding to your full lineup.
How is the K-Cup box different from the coffee carton?
The K-Cup box is built only for single-serve pods: 18pt SBS sized to stacked pods in 10, 12, 18 or 24 counts, a tuck top with locking side tabs, offset printed, from 500 units in 10 to 12 business days after proof. The coffee carton is a 20pt natural kraft carton that holds a 12 or 16 oz bag or a row of pods, with a crash lock or auto lock base, from 200 units in 10 to 12 business days. If pods are the whole line, the K-Cup box. If the carton holds a bag most of the time, the coffee carton.
